Check out the GreenHouse community:
A Biblical community comprised of college aged and young professionals from the Greater Lansing area who value Jesus, love, and relationships.
God raises up young people like yourself who will live out authentic devotion to Jesus, live in a community with others, and embrace the mission of God in their lives.
Join a deeply connected and integrated community embedded in the life of New Hope Church.
When a church intentionally connects with you as a part of community life, your growth potential increases dramatically. In 1 Corinthians 3:6-7 Paul says, “ I planted the seed in your hearts, and Apollos watered it, but it was God who made it grow. It’s not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow.” (NLT)
The GreenHouse community can help you learn how to develop your love for God and other people.
Come to one of our GreenHouse communities (College and Young Professionals) to learn more about God’s Word and how the gospel impacts all of life. You’ll experience an environment in which friendships flourish and Jesus is honored.
We are continuing to meet in person at New Hope Church. Please bring a mask to wear during our worship time. We will also practice social distancing by sitting only 3 people per table. But if you are uncomfortable or unable to meet in person, you can livestream all weekly meetings via Google Meet and can still join in a small group discussion. If you’d want the Google Meet link, please text Arika @ (517) 250-1000 or shoot an email to [email protected]
1st Thursdays – Prayer & Praise Nights at 7pm for both the College and Young Professional Communities to enjoy together.
2nd & 4th Thursdays – Starting at 7pm, both communities will have a short time of worship together and then break into small groups based on your stage of life. Are you a student? Join a college small group. Are you a full-time working professional? We have small groups for you, too. In small groups, we connect with people on a more personal level, dive deeper into the Bible, and talk through using what we are learning in our daily lives.
3rd Thursdays – We invite both communities to join us for dinner at 6pm. If you can’t make it at 6pm – no worries. You’re still welcome to join us at 7pm for a short teaching, worship, and then mixed community discussion groups.
