Believing the biblical account of the Christmas story is a significant exercise of faith – it’s a personal belief, that says ‘even though I wasn’t there to see it, I believe that what the Bible records as having happened, actually happened!’. In many ways, the events of 2021 created even more questions about what is ‘true’, amplifying even further the doubts that many already have about what can be and what cannot be trusted. This Christmas season at New Hope, we will be delving into what God demonstrates to be TRUE and trustworthy regarding His promises to us, by examining the fulfilled prophecies of the Old Testament and New Testament record.
