Alcoholics Anonymous

Christians are not immune from the ravages that alcohol abuse can inflict on lives and families. Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) has helped millions of people to find sobriety.

New Hope has one AA group and is open to both men and women. This group meets on Friday evenings at 6:00 pm in the Prayer Room.

The AA group at New Hope looks to Jesus Christ as our “higher power” that frees us from addiction. It is open to anyone who has a desire to stop drinking and a willingness to attend a group in which the AA twelve steps and Christian principles will be used as resources for recovery from alcoholism. Participants are free to just show up to Friday meetings in the Prayer Room. For further information, contact our office at [email protected] or 517.339.9000.
