What do you love about what you do at NH?
I appreciate the opportunity to work with an amazing staff and leadership team. I also love the New Hope Family, their dedication to learning from God’s Word, and their hearts to grow and serve others.

How did you come to know Jesus?
While attending Michigan State University, my then-girlfriend (now wife Julie), became a follower of Jesus. She shared the Gospel with me. Soon I began attending Campus Crusade for Christ meetings on the MSU campus. Then, in studying materials Julie gave me on how to become a Christian, I made the decision to accept Christ into my life.

What’s your favorite Bible verse?
Galatians 2:20: “I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.”

What 3 famous (non-biblical) people, living or dead, would you want at your fantasy dinner party?
Abraham Lincoln, Bjorn Borg (professional tennis player from back in the day), and General Dwight D. Eisenhower.

If you were guaranteed to be successful in a different profession, what would you want to do?
Sportscaster for CBS calling the NCAA Final Four!
